Today was a good day. Although while fixing my husband his favorite tacos tonight...I shredded cheddar cheese for it and I couldn't resist a little slice...but I did stop at one slice!
Snack - peanut butter banana and almond milk smoothie
Brunch - 1 piece sprouted bread, 3 slices of cantaloupe and 1 large bowl of Butternut squash soup

Snack - 1 walnut pecan brownie and a cup of coffee with coconut milk creamer
Dinner - A really BIG salad
Piece of block cheese
Took one mile bike ride (it was really windy and cold and couldn't stay out longer with the little one).
Snack - Raspberry Applesauce (recipe under recipe tab)
