Okay, I know this sounds to simple to be SOOOOO good, but it is!! Those of you who know me, know I have a crazy sweet tooth and I can tell you that this is a new staple in my diet. All I can say is WOW, it truly satisfied my sweet tooth and since it's so good for you...I ate two and don't feel bad about it!
Ingredients
2-3 Medjool date
4-6 raw pecan halves
Slice dates and take out the pit. Press pecan halves into the soft spots of the dates - like your making a little sandwich.
Talk about an energy powerhouse!! Dates contain 31 grams of carbs...now eat this and clean the house!
